I was staying up at Bill Champlin's house and had access to his studio, the rule was no one was allowed over to record. I broke the rules, sorry Bill and Tamara. This was a great era for me because I learned so much about running a 2 inch environment and was able to grow as a musician and engineer. Lucky for me, Bill was cool and played Hammond B-3 on the song.
We originally recorded a demo of this song earlier in the year with drummer Chris Ross, then we got the Brian's band at the time "Soul Surfers" to cut the track and this is the result.
